This Data Deletion Policy applies to FlayAI Finance, the FlayAI website, mobile applications, dashboards, APIs, AI tools, and related services operated under the FlayAI brand.

1. How to request deletion

You may request account and data deletion by contacting privacy@flayai.io from the email used for your account.

2. What may be deleted

Deletion may include account profile, financial entries, uploaded receipts, AI conversations, subscriptions, goals, and related app data.

3. What may be retained

We may retain limited records required for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, payment records, dispute handling, or backup restoration windows.

4. Processing time

We aim to process verified deletion requests within a reasonable period, subject to identity verification and legal requirements.
