This Refund Policy applies to FlayAI Finance, the FlayAI website, mobile applications, dashboards, APIs, AI tools, and related services operated under the FlayAI brand.

1. General principle

Refund eligibility depends on the product type, payment method, usage, billing period, local law, and marketplace rules.

2. Subscriptions

Users may cancel renewal according to the subscription flow used. Access may continue until the end of the paid period unless otherwise required by law.

3. Coins and digital credits

Coins or digital credits may be non-refundable once used, consumed, transferred, or applied to AI processing or digital services.

4. App stores

If a purchase is made through Google Play or another app store, refund handling may be subject to that store’s refund process.
