This Privacy Policy applies to FlayAI Finance, the FlayAI website, mobile applications, dashboards, APIs, AI tools, and related services operated under the FlayAI brand.

1. Information we collect

We also process financial information that you choose to provide, including accounts, transactions, budgets, goals, loans, subscriptions, bills, receipts, uploaded documents, AI conversations, and financial reports.

We use data to operate the service, secure accounts, synchronize the website and mobile app, provide dashboards and reports, detect subscriptions and recurring payments, support payments and coins, respond to support requests, improve reliability, and generate AI-powered financial insights.

3. Financial data

FlayAI is designed as a financial operating system. Your financial data is used to show personal insights, budgets, cashflow, subscriptions, goals, reports, and alerts. We do not sell personal financial data.

4. AI processing

When you use AI features, relevant prompts and financial context may be processed by AI providers to produce answers, summaries, forecasts, or recommendations. AI output may be inaccurate and should be reviewed before making financial decisions.

5. Analytics and crash reporting

We may use analytics and crash reporting tools such as Firebase Analytics and Firebase Crashlytics to understand app performance, diagnose failures, and improve reliability. These tools may process device identifiers, crash logs, app activity, and technical diagnostics.

6. Third-party services

FlayAI may integrate with providers such as Google, Firebase, payment gateways, AI providers, email services, cloud infrastructure, and future financial data providers. Each provider may process data according to its own terms and privacy policy.

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, including HTTPS/TLS for data in transit and access controls for account data. No system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

8. Data retention

We keep account and financial data while your account is active or as needed to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, prevent abuse, and maintain audit records.

10. Children

FlayAI Finance is not intended for children under 18. Financial tools, payments, and AI financial analysis are designed for adult users.
