By creating an account or using FlayAI, you agree to these terms and all linked legal policies.

2. Account responsibility

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account.

3. Permitted use

You may use FlayAI for lawful personal or business financial organization, planning, reporting, AI assistance, and related services.

4. Prohibited use

You must not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, reverse engineer restricted systems, upload malicious content, or use FlayAI for fraud, illegal financial activity, or misleading purposes.

5. Service changes

We may improve, modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service as the product evolves.

6. Payments

Paid features, subscriptions, coins, and add-ons may have separate pricing, renewal, refund, and cancellation terms.

7. No professional advice

FlayAI provides software and AI-generated information. It does not replace licensed financial, investment, tax, accounting, or legal advice.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FlayAI is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or loss-of-profit damages.
